  Ants: Ellis - Improve / Don't give up

  Ellis has been working so hard in Ant class! He is always pushing himself to do better, especially with his name writing. It is wonderful to see him take such pride in his work!

  Giraffes: Freddie - Don't give up

  Freddie, we are so impressed with your determination this week in the assessments, striving for accuracy and having faith that you will succeed.

  Otter: Agnes - All learning behaviours

  Agnes is a shining example to Otter class. She always tries her very best in everything that she does and is kind and helpful to others. Well done!

  Hummingbirds: Isla - Respect yourself and others

  Isla has shown kindness towards many children. She is always generous and caring, making the right choices in the classroom and on the playground.

  Foxes: Marnie - Work hard and concentrate

  Making a super effort with maths, spelling in her writing, not giving up and showing a positive attitude.

  Chipmunks: Hannah - Respect yourself and others

  Hannah is always on hand to help out others when she can - she always goes above and beyond to respect her peers and make others smile.

  Fireflies: Erin - Try new things

  Erin has embraced every opportunity to be brave, challenge herself and take risks this week - and has felt the rewards of doing so!

  Sport Cup: KS2 Football Team

  The KS2 displayed excellent teamwork and determination at the Essex school's tournament this week and proudly represented the school. Well done!

  Ants: Dolcie - Work hard and concentrate

  Dolcie has worked super hard in Read, Write, Inc. She has improved so much in her letter formation even though she finds it tricky. We are all so proud of her!

  Giraffes: Bonnie - Improve

  Bonnie's independence has astonished us this week, her determination and focus has shone in all lessons, especially Read, Write, Inc. You are a superstar!

  Hummingbirds: Oscar - Respect yourself and others

  Oscar is a superstar. He has amazed us with his Maths this week and has reflected very thoughtfully on the story of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.

  Foxes: Lauren - Don't give up

  Lauren has demonstrated the learning behaviour 'don't give up', in particular in addition calculations. She made decisions by herself and kept going. Great resilience!

  Chipmunks: Ruby - Improve/ Don't give up

  Ruby has worked really hard to challenge herself in class, particularly with her times-tables. Ruby sets herself targets to work on in areas she finds tricky. Keep up the good work!

  Fireflies: Jack - Work hard and concentrate

  What presentation and productivity to be proud of in all your exercise books - a true reflection of the hard work you invest in all that you do.

  Sport Cup: Lilly-Rose - Respect yourself and others

  Lilly was a super team player during her cricket session, supporting others and giving advice. Keep it up!

  Lucy is always a kind and considerate member of the class. She is a fantastic friend and an excellent role-model!

  Giraffes: Nicholas - Improve

  Wow, you have really pushed yourself with your learning this week, making all your adults feel proud. You have used your listening ears and made great choices!

  Otters: Oliver - Respect yourself & others

  Oliver is a shining example to Otter class. He is such a supportive learning partner and always makes good choices. Well done!

  Hummingbirds: Rosie - Don't give up/ Work hard and concentrate

  Rosie has taken herself into the challenge zone this week in all lessons. Her bravery and tenacity has produced wonderful work, particularly in creative writing - what as star!

  Foxes: Thomas - Work hard and concentrate

  Tom has tried really hard in all subjects, so much so that he has 'wowed' us all. Thomas puts in maximum effort even when work is challenging, a great role-model!

  Chipmunks: Jessica - Try new things / Improve

  Jessica has worked tirelessly on joining her handwriting, always willing to work on suggested improvements. She is a great role-model. Well done!

  Fireflies: Harley - Work hard and concentrate

  Harley has absolutely blown us away this week with his deep thinking, focus and precision across the curriculum. We are so proud of you!

  Sport Cup: Ant class - Work hard and concentrate

  Oscar has worked his socks off this week! He has completed all his learning with enthusiasm and even become a great help to others. Well done!

  Giraffes: Miles - Work hard and concentrate

  Miles has enjoyed his learning this week, finding out about 'Betsy Buglove' and has relished sharing his knowledge with others. He also produced a fantastic 'Big Write'!

  Otters: Huey - Work hard and concentrate

  Huey has worked hard this week. He always has a quiet hand and school legs on the carpet. he has participated in every class discussion and is a wonderful role-model for the class.

  Hummingbirds: Arna - Work hard and concentrate

  Arna has been our star learner this week. Her determination and concentration has been sensational! She has made us smile every single day with her helpfulness and super attitude!

  Foxes: Whole class - Work hard and concentrate / Improve

  Fox class have made huge improvements with their 'Big Write' this week. The produced great 'Eco' leaflets using paragraphs and modal verbs and it was all presented beautifully. We are very proud of them!

  Chipmunks: Will - Try new things / Don't give up

  Will has worked very hard all week. His contributions have bee spot on and he always seeks opportunities to ask pertinent questions. He has also showed great resilience in maths this week!

  Fireflies: Alfie - Try new things

  Alfie has shone and sparkled his way through his first month at St. Andrew's and well and truly feels like a part of our Firefly family!

  Sport Cup: Phoebe - Respect yourself and others

  Phoebe showed great moves and balance in this week's gymnastics. Keep it up, Phoebe!
