    This week's Headteacher Cup Winners:

    Love Birds:  Charlie -  Improve

    Charlie is a happy Lovebird and he now has a super attitude at lunchtime.  Keep smiling Charlie!

    Pandas:  Skyla  -  Work hard and concentrate

    Skyla has had an amazing week taking on challenges in Maths and enjoying problem solving.  Super work Skyla!

    Seahorses:  Chloe  -  Don’t give up

    Chloe has really persevered with partitioning in Maths this week.  Her hard work is beginning to pay off and we are very proud of her.  Keep challenging yourself Chloe.  The sky’s the limit!

    Giraffes:  Libby  -  Work hard and concentrate

    Libby continuously manages to impress.  She puts in tremendous amounts of effort and is a fantastic Giraffe!  Well done Libby!

    Ocelots:  Marney  -  work hard and concentrate

    Marney has started Year 3 with a very positive attitude.  She concentrates extremely well and tries to do her very best in all lessons.  A very growth mindset approach to her learning!

    Polar Bears:  Sophie  -  Work hard and concentrate

    What a star you have been this week, Sophie!  You have shown an exemplary attitude towards your learning and risen to challenges with such enthusiasm.  Well done!

    Golden Eagles:  Jamie  -  Work hard and concentrate

    Jamie has shown he has a super ability to focus and put every effort into his work.  He especially shone this week in topic and R.E. where he created an amazing model synagogue.  He always has a sensible attitude and perseveres with his learning.

    Falcons:  Daniel  -   Work hard and concentrate

    Daniel amazed the class this week when he converted a variety of measurements from metric to imperial, leading a demonstration to the class.  Daniel is a true ‘Maths Master’.

    Sports Cup:  Tom

    Tom showed outstanding determination during cross-country practise.  He put in maximum effort and should feel very proud.

    This week’s Headteacher Cup Winners

    Love Birds:  Darcy  -  Respect yourself and others

    Darcy has just been such a super Love Bird.  She is a great example to all, she helps others and is keen to do her best.  Well done, Darcy

    Pandas:  Louis  -  work hard and concentrate

    Louis has made an awesome start to Pandas Class.  He puts his all into his learning and is always focussed and read to go!

    Seahorses:  Archie  -  Try new things

    Archie wowed Mrs Argent in Maths this week.  He was so excited to try the partitioning super challenge and presented his answer in such a thoughtful and creative way! Awesome work Archie!

    Giraffes:  Sam  -  Try new things

    Sam has set himself challenging problems in Maths and has enjoyed giving it a go!  Fantastic effort Sam!

    Ocelots:  Rosie  -  Work hard and concentrate

    Rosie has been a superstar this week.  She has focussed on her work (especially during the challenge carousel), made great decisions for her learning and has helped others with gentle guidance.  Well done, Rosie.  Keep it up!

    Polar Bears:  Alex  -  Improve

    You have impressed us so much with your determination to improve and hard work this week, even asking what extra work you could do to work towards our writing target!

    Golden Eagles:  Sienna  -  Don’t give up

    Sienna didn’t give up with some tricky mental additions and subtractions this week.

    This week’s Headteacher Cup Winners:

    Love Birds:  The whole Class – Try new things

    Love Birds have settled into their classroom and amazed Miss Price, Mrs Gower and Ms Wyatt with the Abracadabra do challenges.  They loved meeting Mrs Ship’s parrot, Billy, too.

    Pandas:  The Whole Class:  Try new things

    Wow what an amazing beginning Panda Bears have made to Year 1! It’s going to be a fabulous year of trying new experiences and challenges.

    Seahorses:  Tristan – Don’t give up

    Tristan has shown real perseverance this week, doing his best and sticking with each challenge.  As a result he produced a great seahorse picture and an impressive ocean using pointillism, keep up the good work Tristan!

    Giraffes:  Lila – Don’t give up

    Lila has taken on board ‘Austin’s Butterfly’ and has shown persistence and resilience this week.

    Ocelots:  Brook – Work hard and concentrate

    This week Brook has been a superstar! He focusses on his learning and gives his very best.  A  good start to our new term.

    Polar Bears:  Jaden – Work hard and concentrate

    What a fabulous first week in Year 4, Jaden!  You have worked hard and persevered when you have found things challenging  -  what a super learner!

    Golden Eagles:  Noah – Work hard and concentrate

    Noah has put so much effort into his English work this week.  He even extended himself by writing extra poems at home!

    Falcons:  Thomas – Improve

    Thomas has strived all week to improve in all areas.  Well done!
