    Turtles: Maxim - Improve

    Maxim has made amazing progress with his sounds. He is now able to blend them to read words and is always enthusiastic in his learning.

    Flamingos: Teagan - All learning behaviours

    Teagan always demonstrates all of the learning behaviours. She always does the right thing and is ready to learn. A fabulous Flamingo!

    Sun Bears: Corley - Improve

    Corley has impressed us with his writing this week. He has taken special care with his spellings and presentation. Well done, Corley!

    Foxes: Erin - Improve

    Erin produced an excellent 'Big Write' this week and has worked hard at being creative and exploring her ideas. Well done, Erin!

    Badgers: Archie - All learning behaviours

    Archie demonstrates our school learning behaviours day in and day out. He is an amazing role model to all those around him. Keep shining brightly, Archie!

    Toucans: Phebe - Work hard and concentrate

    Phebe has been working so hard in Maths this week. She has been working independently to solve problems and has really grasped ordering decimals. Keep up the good work!

    Sharks: Tanya - Respect yourself and others

    Tanya is a real asset to our class. She is always patient and kind. She works well with others and is always spirited and positive, even when she finds the task tough. Well done, Tanya!

    Sport Cup: Marley - Work hard and concentrate

    Marley really enjoyed his learning in Handball this week. He focussed on all the right things and worked well with his team with great results. Well done, Marley!

    Turtles: Whole Class - All Learning behaviours

    Turtles amazed everyone on their trip to Halstead library. They behaved impeccably and responded with awe and wonder at seeing all the brilliant books! Everyone commented upon how terrific they were, go team Turtles!

    Flamingos: Emily - Imagine

    Emily has shown great creativity with her Maths learning when asked to find different combinations to 20, she came up with so many different ways, including 6000-5080! Amazing, Emily!

    Sun Bears: Kayden - Respect yourself and others

    Kayden is a kind and patient learning partner. When working with others in Sun Bears, Kayden listens attentively to his partner and shares his understanding with a calm and gentle manner.

    Foxes: Jake - Improve

    Jake has been contributing great ideas on the carpet and been working well with his partner. Well done to a 'Fantastic Fox'.

    Badgers: Lila - Work hard and concentrate

    It has been so wonderful to see Lila really challenging herself and showing perseverance when writing this half-term. She has even written a story in her free time, super Lila!

    Toucans: Holli - Work hard and concentrate

    Holli has been working hard on her handwriting and made sure her work is neat and her letters correctly formed. Keep it up!

    Sharks: Harvey - Don't give up

    Harvey has really persevered with his learning. He has produced some lovely writing and super maths, he has also tried really hard to be organised. Really impressive, keep it up!

    Sport Cup: Ewan - Work hard and concentrate

    Ewan showed great self control in PE this week when he joined in with the rest of the class to practice his basketball skills. He managed distractions and focused on the right things to help him enjoy his learning. Well done, Ewan.

    Turtles: Eddie - Work hard and concentrate

    Eddie has amazed us with his maths this week. He loves numbers and is very keen to know more and then show off his skills! What a terrific turtle!

    Flamingos: Jessica - Imagine

    Jessica has shown awe and wonder this week when thinking about God. She said God was like a shadow as he is always there.

    Sun Bears: Joshua - Work hard and concentrate

    Joshua has persevered with his Maths work this week, even wanting to complete extra during lunchtime. Wow!

    Foxes: Jack - Improve

    Jack has worked hard this week to improve his writing using exciting adjectives and emotive language persuading the circus to ban the use of animals.

    Badgers: Madi - Work hard and concentrate

    Madi has shown great enthusiasm and really thrown herself into our new topic. She has carried out her own research at home and brought in a book that she has been sharing with others.

    Toucans: Theo - Imagine

    Theo really embraced our trip to the University of Essex. He was enthused by the drama workshop and showed his creative nature during the illustration session. His angel character looked stunning against the cloud background!

    Sharks: Ted - Don't give up

    Ted has really stuck at his writing. He has been a resilient learner and produced a truly amazing 'Big Write' this week.

    Sport Cup: Boccia Team - Try new things

    Vinnie, Tristan, George and Harley were all absolutely amazing when they represented St. Andrews for the first time at the Boccia competition. They demonstrated all the school values but especially  'try new things'. They enjoyed themselves greatly and came a very credible 3rd place!

    Turtles: Freya - Respect yourself and others

    Freya is always keen to help others when she can, including the adults in the classroom. She loves to make sure everyone has had a turn at all the activities, she even wrote a list of names to ensure this. What a caring Turtle!

    Flamingos: Daisy - Work hard and concentrate

    Daisy has come back this term with a great attitude towards her learning. She is trying so hard with a beaming smile! Well done, Daisy!

    Sun Bears: Isabel - Respect yourself and others

    Isabel has had an amazing few weeks in Sun Bears. Issie has made a huge effort to make the right choices with her behaviour. She has managed distractions brilliantly.

    Foxes: George - Improve

    George has showed a great attitude to his learning and stayed very focussed when in class, dealing with all distractions admirably. Well done, George!

    Badgers: Samuel - Respect yourself and others

    Sam's caring and dedicated nature means that he goes out of his way to help others whenever he can, both adults and children alike. You're such a super role model!

    Toucans: Ben - Work hard and concentrate

    Ben worked extremely hard in Maths and English this week. He contributed well in discussions and gave super explanations and definitions for key vocabulary. Well done!

    Sharks: Annabelle - Work hard and concentrate

    Annabelle has remained really focussed on her work. She has produced some great maths, a super start to the new half term!

    Sport Cup: Amy - Try new things

    Amy showed great thinking and listening skills during gymnastics this week. She demonstrated a lovely balance using one body part that no-one else thought of! Well done, Amy!
