  Love Birds: Connie - Try new things.

  Connie has tried many new abracadabra do challenges this week. She has painted the flower bed tyres, washed the cars and been on a bug hunt, recording all her findings on a clip board!

  Pandas; George - Improve.

  George has shown great progress with his phonics and reading. He has skipped up the Read,Write,Inc. groups in his assessment this week, fantastic!

  Seahorses: Archie - Work hard and concentrate.

  Archie shows many of the school's learning behaviours and is a great role model in year 2. Archie has been a joy to teach!

  Giraffes: Jasmine - Improve.

  Jasmine has been putting in lots of effort to do her best. Even when things get tricky, we can always rely on Jasmine to share a smile!

  Ocelots: Mateusz - Work hard and concentrate.

  Mateusz consistently concentrates in all lessons and puts 100% into his work. A great role model. Well done Mateusz, we are very proud of you!

  Polar Bears: Polly - Imagine.

  Polly has wowed us all with her creative ideas and vocabulary this week. She has been such a positive writing role model for her peer, having developed her ideas in her own time.

  Golden Eagles: Lily - Work hard and concentrate.

  Lily has been working hard to focus and concentrate on her work. She has worked particularly hard this week in maths, finding the perimeter, area and volume of different shapes. Well done Lily!

  Falcons: Isabel - Improve.

  Izzy has made amazing progress with her English and Maths this week. Well done!

  Sports Cup: Alfie - Try new things.

  Alfie was so enthusiastic this week in P.E. He listened carefully and put everything into all we did.

  Love Birds: Edward - Improve.

  A magical moment during Abracadabra Doo Challenges - whilst balancing, Edward used sentences to communicate to others. Well Done Edward!

  Pandas: Alfie - Work hard and concentrate.

  Alfie works hard and concentrates on his 'Maths Mastery' activity each day. He listens to ideas suggested by his friends to help improve his learning. Alfie is a joy to teach!

  Giraffes: Charlotte - Work hard and concentrate.

  Charlotte has remained focused this week and has really pushed herself to do her best. Keep it up Charlotte!

  Seahorses: Dennis - Don't give up.

  Dennis has remained determined this week, even when things got tricky! He as a great growth mind set and will say 'I can't do it yet with a smile!'

  Ocelots: Freia - Work hard and concentrate.

  Freia has persevered and put 100% into improving her handwriting with spectacular results. She has continued her efforts to maintain this and has earned a handwriting pen to use in her work. She is now concentrating on using as many amazing 'rainbow words' as she can. Keep it up!

  Polar Bears: Grace - Work hard and concentrate.

  Grace has impressed us so much with her enthusiasm and focus across the curriculum this week - we are so proud of you. Keep it up!

  Golden Eagles: Rosie - Work hard and concentrate.

  Rosie has been working hard this week, especially in literacy, where she wrote a fantastic recount of our class trip to West Stow Anglo Saxon village. She always has a super attitude to her work and puts a lot of effort into tasks. Well done Rosie!

  Falcons: Amy - Work hard and concentrate.

  Amy always tries her hardest. She has had to persevere with some challenging literacy and maths and I am incredibly proud of the effort she has made. Well done Amy!

  Love Birds: Leo - Respect yourself and others.

  Leo has a super attitude to learning. Love Birds enjoyed hearing all about his trip to Cornwall and looking at pictures of the turquoise sea. He listened to questions and answered them very clearly.

  Pandas: Henry - Improve.

  Henry has worked very hard to complete his writing and maths work this week. He has been a supportive talk partner too. Well done Henry!

  Giraffes: Whole class. Seahorses: Whole class - Work hard and concentrate.

  The Giraffes and Seahorses have worked extremely hard this week. They have really enjoyed being together and despite this being very different, have coped very well. Well done year 2.

  Ocelots: Lilly-May - Work hard and concentrate.

  We are really impressed with the effort Lilly-May has given in class. She quietly concentrates on her work and gives !00%.Keep it up, we are very proud of you.

  Polar Bears : Ryan - Improve.

  Ryan's reading is coming on in leaps and bounds. It's brilliant to see him putting in so much effort during Guided Reading as well as putting in the hours at home!

  Golden Eagles: Sophie - Work hard and concentrate.

  Sophie has started the summer term with a really positive attitude to her learning. She has approached challenges with enthusiasm this week, which is super to see. Well done Sophie!

  Falcons: Kaelin - Work hard and concentrate.

  Kaelin has had a lot of extra work to do in preparation for the forthcoming tests. He has worked diligently, without complaint. Well done Kaelin!
