Music Opportunities

All of our Year 5 pupils have the fantastic opportunity to be taught how to play the cornet by Mrs George. . By providing this service at no cost to families, we hope that children can discover or nuture their musical talent. The necessary skills of caring for the instrument are also taught. This can then be carried on with Mrs Stopp as small group lessons if children and parents wish. The sight of a class learning how to play an instrument with their teacher learning alongside them is really something to behold and we hope to share a performance with you before the year is out.
