Year 6 - Panthers

Summer 2

Where has this year gone? We can hardly believe that Year 6 are nearly ready to fly the nest and there is still so much to do. This term our topic is 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' and we are busy preparing for our forthcoming play. The children are also participating in a sporting challenge called 'The Golden Mile.' Each child is running, jogging or walking a mile every day around the school field (that's 6 laps!)

Parliament Visit-23rd February

On the 23rd February Panthers had an interesting trip to Parliament. We saw both the House of Parliament and Lords in session and participated in an interactive workshop on voting and democracy. The day was topped off by a visit to Churchill's War Rooms. What a great day!
