  Ants: Georgie - Work hard & concentrate / Improve

  Georgie's confidence has soared since starting school. He is always so eager to put his head up during carpet time and ready to give things a go! He has progressed in leaps and bounds and we are all so proud of him! 

  Giraffes: Parker - Work hard & concentrate

  Parker has gone above and beyond this week, both in and out of school, with his learning. Parker has excellent recall of our class book 'The Gruffalo', and he can read it independently and write it in his own words. Well done!

  Otters: Layla - Try new things

  Layla has impressed us with her attitude towards working on the Nativity play. She has learnt her lines already, knows when to say them and performs with great expression!

  Hummingbirds: Joe - Improve/Imagine/Work hard & concentrate

  Joe has given his very best recently, particularly immersing himself in creative writing. We were 'wowed' by how he used writing tools to create suspense. Keep it up!

  Foxes: Ruby - Improve

  Ruby has been trying to improve her maths work and worked well with her peers to achieve this goal. She always shows a positive attitude towards learning and we are very proud of her!

  Chipmunks: Emily - Work hard & concentrate

  Emily has impressed us with all of her hard work - she has put in lots of hours working towards her new targets and shows great enthusiasm. Well done, Emily!

  Fireflies: Leo - Respect yourself and others

  Leo was the most empathetic, patient and encouraging supporter to his peers during our maths investigation this week - you should be really proud of what you helped others achieve. Well done, Leo!

  Sport Cup: Tahir - Work hard and concentrate

  Tahir always works hard in PE, encouraging his team as well as improving his technique. Keep it up!

  Ants: Jarvis - Work hard & concentrate

  Jarvis really 'wowed' us this week with his hard work. He always remains focussed on challenges and has worked hard with his reading and is already in 'Red Ditty' group. Super work, Jarvis!

  Giraffes: Willis - Don't give up

  Willis has shown great focus and determination this week when reading aloud the story of 'The Gruffalo'. He read fluently and clearly to the whole class! We are so proud of you, Willis!

  Otters: Matthew - Try new things

  Matthew has enjoyed our poetry week. He has learnt and performed a poem brilliantly and created a great onomatopoeia poem too! Well done!

  Hummingbirds: Stanley - Work hard and concentrate / Improve

  Congratulations Stanley on your exceptional attitude towards your maths learning, you even stayed in at lunchtime to complete extra challenges. Well done!

  Foxes: Lilly - Work hard & concentrate / Improve

  Lilly has put great effort into her writing this week, aiming high by up levelling her work to include exciting adjectives, adverbs and conjunctions!

  Chipmunks: Lola - Respect yourself and others

  Lola shows wonderful kindness to the whole class community. She is a brilliant friend and always wants everyone to feel included and happy. Well done, Lola!

  Fireflies: Sophia - Respect yourself & others

  Sophia has been commended by so many of the Fireflies class for offering to help them with stitching their chutney jar covers this week. She has offered this support with a smile, so thank you, Sophia!

  Sport Cup: Huey - Try new things

  Huey demonstrated imagination and creativity whilst creating a nursery rhyme dance this week. Great work!

  Ants: Danniella - Work hard & concentrate / Improve

  Danniella has worked so hard this week on her letters. She has been practising lots in challenge time and you can see such an improvement! We are so proud of her.

  Giraffes: Whole Class - All learning behaviours

  Wow, you have made us so proud with your excellent focus and determination with leaning new skills and creating your products in D.T. week. You have really gained great new sewing skills and created wonderful final products!

  Otters: Benny - Try new things

  Benny has really impressed us during our D.T. week. He has shown real interest and joy with every stage. He has been inquisitive throughout asking questions to further his own knowledge.

  Hummingbirds: Louie - Don't give up

  Louie absolutely amazed us with his times tables fact families using Numicon and multi-link. Great independence, resilience and hard work!

  Foxes: Jase - Work hard & concentrate / Improve

  Jase has made a real effort with multiplication - pushing himself to get to the next challenge. Well done!

  Chipmunks: Emmie - Work hard & concentrate

  Emmie has worked really hard all week - she has shown enjoyment of her learning and put lots of effort into practising her times-tables and applying strategies to support her spelling. Well done!

  Fireflies: Ava - Improve

  Ava puts such sustained, enormous effort into improving her accuracy and spelling and should be proud of all she is achieving as a superstar speller!

  Sport Cup: Issy - Try new things

  Issy has had a fantastic sporting week, she persevered in dodgeball and worked hard in volleyball. What great work!

  Ants: Matilda - Try new things

  Matilda has tried so many things this week! From asking new friends to play, sharing toys and even trying carrots with her hot school dinner! We are so proud of you!

  Giraffes: Callum - Improve

  Callum has blown us away with his outstanding blending this week and determination for accuracy with his spellings. Keep working hard!

  Otters: Ezrah - Work hard and concentrate

  We are all so incredibly proud of Ezrah. He has wowed us with his reading fluency and challenged himself in maths. Amazing, Keep it up!

  Hummingbirds: Joel - Improve / Don't give up

  Joel is increasingly demonstrating our school learning behaviours. Over the last week, he has gone that extra mile to be the very best he can be. You are capable of great things, Joel!

  Foxes: Kacie - Work hard and concentrate

  Kacie has tried really hard this term to complete all of her work and not give up, even when she finds it challenging. She has also made some really excellent contributions to class discussions.

  Chipmunks: Harmony - Don't give up

  Harmony has shown so much determination and resilience this week. She has worked really hard with long multiplication, even when she was finding it tricky. Great work, Harmony!

  Fireflies: Lola-Rose - Imagine / Try new things

  Lola constantly challenges herself and takes risks as a writer, experimenting with such imaginative and innovative language and narrative ideas. Reading your writing is a joy, Lola!

  Sport Cup: Elsie - Respect yourself and others

  Elsie showed creativity and imagination whilst creating a firework motif in PE this week. Keep it up!
