    Love Birds: Rhys - Try new things.

    For a fantastic Take One Picture contribution; a wonderfully unique elephant.

    Pandas: Liberty - Imagine.

    Liberty has been totally enthralled and engaged in developing our Art work for Take One Picture. A lovely thing to witness Liberty.

    Seahorses: Tanisha - Imagine.

    Tanisha has thrown herself into all of our Take One Picture artwork. She has really used her imagination and made lots of helpful suggestions. It's wonderful to see you so inspired Tanisha. Well done!

    Giraffes: Lila - Try new things.

    Lila is now not afraid to try lots of new things. She has enjoyed tackling challenges in our challenge boxes and has shown real determination to complete each one. Well done Lila, we are very proud of you!

    Ocelots: Abigail - Work hard and concentrate.

    We were all very impressed with the effort that Abigail put into her writing this week. She put in her all and was imaginative with the words she used. Well Done Abigail, keep it up!

    Polar Bears: Mia - Work hard and concentrate.

    Mia never fails to rise to a challenge with enthusiasm and a smile on her face. It has been wonderful to see you challenging yourself and surprising yourself with what you can achieve. Keep it up Mia!

    Golden Eagles: Daisy - Don't give up.

    Daisy has worked hard this week, especially with her spellings. She showed super determination whilst working on her special writing. Well Done!

    Falcons: Zack - Imagine.

    Zack has used his imagination to produce a colourful and original piece of artwork for this year's Take One Picture exhibition.

    Sport Cup: Morgan - Respect yourself and others.

    While running , a classmate fell this week and Morgan stopped and helped, rather than running on. Well done Morgan for being so thoughtful.

    Love Birds: Harley - Try new things.

    Harley impressed us on our recent visit to the Firstsite Gallery, he asked questions to the artist to find out more.

    Pandas: Joshua - Work hard and concentrate.

    Joshua has put 100% effort into all aspects of school work this week. He has shown real determination. His enthusiasm for learning has shone through in singing club and singing in class, preparing for next weeks class presentation.

    Seahorses: Whole class - Don't give up.

    Seahorses have worked incredibly hard to plough through their SAT's this week, persevering with even the trickiest of questions. Well done Seahorses, we're so proud of you!

    Giraffes:Joshua - Try new things.

    Joshua has settled into Giraffes brilliantly this week. He has enjoyed having a go and he already has some fantastic friends.

    Ocelots: Ben - Don't give up.

    This week, Ben has shown perseverance (even though initially he doubted himself) when completing tasks with great results. Well done Ben, keep it up!

    Polar Bears: Morgan - Work hard and concentrate.

    Morgan has really impressed us with her consistent hard work and effort across the curriculum. Keep it up Morgan!

    Golden Eagles: Jamie - Don't give up.

    Jamie has shown super determination this week in literacy. He has been working on his own version of the 'Beowulf' story and produced some work to be really proud of. Well done Jamie!

    Falcons: Eleanor - Imagine.

    Eleanor really made the most of the trip to the Firstsite Gallery on Wednesday and she has produced some imaginative art work in school. Well done!

    Love Birds: Jessica - Improve.

    Jessica is making improved behaviour choices in school, lovely to see a happy Jess.

    Pandas: Neha - Improve.

    Neha always does her very best. She particularly enjoys topic work where she shares her knowledge with the class. Her 'show and tell' picture of deer, showed her understanding of both male, female and baby deer.

    Seahorses: Chloe - Work hard and concentrate.

    Chloe used her imagination to improve a sentence. We were amazed by her creative ideas and her vocabulary. Well done Chloe!

    Giraffes: William - Improve.

    William has worked hard to improve his reading. A great effort Wii, Keep it up!

    Ocelots: Ralph - Work hard and concentrate.

    Ralph has been a superstar this week. He has focused  on his work and tried his very best. It has been great to see. Keep it up Ralph!

    Polar Bears: Heston - Improve.

    Heston's writing has blown us away this week - such an enormous amount of effort, rewarded with an interesting and entertaining chronological report on blue whales. We are so proud of you!

    Golden Eagles: Evie - Work hard and concentrate.

    Evie has really been fantastic this week, especially in Maths. She focused well on adding and subtracting fractions and her confidence is really growing. Well done Evie!

    Falcons: Whole Class - All learning behaviours.

    Falcons have done their very best throughout SATS week. Although some of the tests have been a challenge, EVERYONE has given it their best shot. We are very proud of you all!

    Sports Cup: Tilly - Work hard and concentrate.

    Tilly has really improved over the course of the lesson this week. Well done Tilly.

    Love Birds: Lola-Rose - Improve.

    Lola-Rose has worked hard to improve her writing and we are very impressed. She wrote a letter to Mr McLelland asking him to retrieve an elephant from the roof.

    Pandas: Nancy - Imagine.

    Nancy was a creative and innovative story teller in English this week. She confidently made a known story her own and shared this with the class. Well Done Nancy.

    Seahorses: Elijah- Don't give up.

    Elijah has shown real patience and perseverance in maths this week. He's been adding 2 digit numbers and hasn't given up, even when it got tricky. Well done Elijah!

    Giraffes: Henry - Work hard and concentrate.

    Henry has enjoyed his learning this week, particularly his Maths Challenges. A great effort Henry, keep it up!

    Ocelots: James - Work hard and concentrate.

    James gives everything he's got and never gives up. He is also learning to avoid distractions. His knowledge about dinosaurs is amazing and he spoke extremely well to the class when he shared his knowledge. You held everyone's attention. Well done James.

    Polar Bears: Seb - Don't give up.

    Seb has impressed us all with the determination and perseverance that he has approached his learning with when faced with new challenges. He 'couldn't do it yeti' - but he can now!

    Golden Eagles: Yasmin - Imagine.

    Yasmin has shone this week in literacy. She retold the story of "Beowulf" in a group using improvisation. She used excellent expression and imagination in her performance. Well done Yasmin!

    Falcons: Ellie - Work hard and concentrate.

    Ellie has worked incredibly hard in class and has made amazing progress. Well Done!

    Sports Cup: Cameron - Try new things.

    Cameron has been recognised for demonstrating this learning behaviour. Well done!
