  Caterpillars: Emmie - Imagine

  Emmie had a go at writing her very own super sentence. She used her imagination brilliantly. A great effort Emmie!

  Bats: Whole Class - All learning behaviours

  We had such a fantastic trip to the zoo. It was wonderful to see Bats enjoy their learning and show our school values. Well done Bats.

  Honey Bees: Amber - Work hard and concentrate

  Amber has shown a great attitude to her learning this week. Her listening skills have really improved, keep it up Amber!

  Huskies: Archie - Work hard and concentrate

  Archie has focused on making his work the best it could be this week. He has good concentration and manages any distractions around him successfully. Well done Archie!

  Otters: Isabel - Work hard and concentrate

  Issy shows an unwavering determination to give her best and challenge herself in all new areas. You are a brilliant role model for others, Issy!

  Koalas: Joshua - Work hard and concentrate

  Josh has wowed us with his concentration and attention to detail in his work. He always put 100% effort into his work and this has been particularly noticed this week. Amazing effort!

  Panthers: Daisy - Respect yourself and others

  Daisy always works well with others. She is patient and kind with her peers - a real asset to 'Panthers Class'.

  Sport Cup: Cameron - Work hard and concentrate

  Caterpillars: Ruby - Try new things

  Ruby has settled brilliantly into Caterpillars class. She has enjoyed trying new things and is a fantastic member of our Caterpillar's team!

  Bats: Harley - Work hard and concentrate

  Harley wrote a inspired version of the story in 'Big Write'. It was brilliant to see Harley so focused and enjoying writing with a smile.

  Honey Bees: Emily - Imagine

  After looking at African sunset paintings, Emily has produced a spectacular pastel picture using carefully chosen orange tones. She has shown originality and flair. Wow!

  Huskies: Elijah - Work hard and concentrate

  Elijah has been amazing this week. He has focused on making the right choices and has worked hard in lessons. Fantastic effort Elijah, keep it up!

  Otters: Daisy - Imagine

  Daisy has shown fabulous creativity and imagination in English this week, to create her own creature for our Land of Neverbelieve!

  Koalas: Erin - Imagine

  Erin has amazed me this week with her work in English on 'Beowulf'. She wrote an excellent story about Beowulf defeating a monster - it was full of amazing description and powerful word choices. Well done Erin!

  Panthers: Whole class - All learning behaviours

  Panthers have remained really focussed during such a busy week. Every single one of them have persevered and tried their absolute best. Top effort Panthers, well done!

  Sport Cup: Year 5 Bard to Bollywood Dancers - All learning behaviours

  What an amazing effort the year 5 dancers put in to perform at Colchester Football Stadium - they even gave up their lunchtimes to practise!

  Caterpillars: Jessica - Try new things

  Jessica has enjoyed having a go at lots of new challenges this week. She particularly amazed me with her doubling ladybirds.

  Bats; Chloe - Improve

  Chloe has become a whizz at telling the time this week. She has listened carefully in class and worked alongside others to learn from their feedback as well as her own efforts. Well done, superstar!

  Honey Bees: Whole Class - All learning behaviours

  For representing St. Andrew's so well on their trip to see the Lion King! Fantastic behaviour which was praised by other people seeing the show. Well done!

  Huskies: Abigail - Work hard and concentrate

  Abigail showed great enthusiasm in her topic work on rivers and is always a good role model in class, keep it flowing Abigail!

  Otters: Sidney - Work hard and concentrate

  Sid has shown real concentration and enthusiasm in maths this week and used his growing understanding to collaborate with other Otters beautifully.

  Koalas: Emilie - Work hard and concentrate

  Emilie has really shone in maths this week. She has focused hard on operations with fractions. She has gained confidence and can now multiply fractions! Well done Emily!

  Panthers: Ruby - Don't give up

  Ruby has really stuck with her learning. She has been resilient and made amazing progress as a result! Well done Ruby.

  Sport Cup: Will - Try new things/Work hard and concentrate

  Will had a go at Tennis this week during PE and achieved great results. He worked really hard and concentrated to get it right. Well done Will!
