Harley wrote a inspired version of the story in 'Big Write'. It was brilliant to see Harley so focused and enjoying writing with a smile.

After looking at African sunset paintings, Emily has produced a spectacular pastel picture using carefully chosen orange tones. She has shown originality and flair. Wow!
Huskies: Elijah - Work hard and concentrate
Elijah has been amazing this week. He has focused on making the right choices and has worked hard in lessons. Fantastic effort Elijah, keep it up!
Otters: Daisy - Imagine
Daisy has shown fabulous creativity and imagination in English this week, to create her own creature for our Land of Neverbelieve!
Koalas: Erin - Imagine
Erin has amazed me this week with her work in English on 'Beowulf'. She wrote an excellent story about Beowulf defeating a monster - it was full of amazing description and powerful word choices. Well done Erin!

Sport Cup: Year 5 Bard to Bollywood Dancers - All learning behaviours
What an amazing effort the year 5 dancers put in to perform at Colchester Football Stadium - they even gave up their lunchtimes to practise!
